Pinckneyville Community Hospital has announced that that patients needing an MRI will benefit from a new GE SIGNA Voyer MRI at Pinckneyville Community Hospital.

“This new machine really transforms the patient experience by allowing patients to have a more comfortable, as well as faster scan,” Annie Dlubala, imaging manager at Pinckneyville Community Hospital said in a news release. “The patient will benefit from a wider table that is lower in height. The machine itself opens wider than other machines, lessening the cramped feeling individuals sometimes feel.”

Pinckneyville Community Hospital partners with Associates in Medical Imaging to provide the service to the community. MRIs are available on Mondays and Thursdays in Pinckneyville. Patients may schedule their test by calling 618-357-5909.
