Red Bud Regional Hospital, Sparta Community Hospital and Memorial Hospital of Chester have partnered to expand special surgery services.
Scott Hinze, D.O. and Ziya Baghmanli, M.D., joined the medical staff at each hospital

Dr. Hinze joined the medical staff at Red Bud Regional Hospital and Memorial Hospital Chester in 2011. Dr. Baghmanli relocated from Turkey to the United States, where he completed his general surgery residency at University of Toledo Medical Center in Toledo, Ohio. He completed his internship at Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, South Carolina.
Hinze and Baghmanli will see patients and perform surgical procedures at each hospital. Services include inpatient and outpatient surgery, minimally invasive, breast care, wound debridement/repair, skin grafts, thyroid biopsy and removal, colorectal, esophageal, stomach, hernia, melanoma, skin tumor, upper and lower GI endoscopy, endocrine (thyroid, adrenal, parathyroid), vascular access and dialysis access.
