New Incentive Program
Reward's Service, Sales & Carrier Longevity
S.A.R.G.E.,
a new carrier incentive program providing cash rewards for superior
customer service and route growth gains, is set to begin October 1st.
S.A.R.G.E. stands for Service And Route Growth Excellence. Under S.A.R.G.E.,
carriers will be awarded points for achieving zero service requests
in a given billing quarter and points for their total route draw. As
the total draw grows, so do the points. Here's how:

A carrier
who achieves 0 Service Requests while growing their route from 70 to
76 subscribers in a quarter will receive (10 + 10 = ) 20 points worth
a $20 bonus for that quarter. Similarly, a carrier who maintains 187
subscribers with 0 Service Requests in a quarter stands to gain $40
in bonuses. Pretty good bonus money, eh?
S.A.R.G.E.
has a carrier longevity component also. The longer you deliver the Southern,
the more benefits and prizes you will qualify for. Carriers will earn
1 of 5 longevity designations. They are:
Rookies:
New carriers on route 3 billing cycles or less.
1st Class Carriers: on route from 4 - 12 billing cycles.
Experienced Carriers: on route 1 - 3 years
Master Carriers: on route over 3 years
SI Alumni: off route Master Carriers
Each designation
qualifies you for bigger and better prizes like thermal coffee mugs
or free business cards or a cell phone buy-in plan. Your District Managers
are out soliciting local business involvement in the program, so look
to your bundle tops for further information on program rules and prizes
in the weeks ahead and start earning those points today.
