Carbondale Community Arts is set to present the exhibit, Artists of Expressions, at Artspace 304 and the Carbondale Civic Center.

The exhibit will be on view at Artspace 304 from Sept. 6 through Nov. 3, and at the Corridor Gallery in the Carbondale Civic Center from Sept. 25 to Nov. 15. This annual exhibit features works by artists that appeared on the WSIU-TV program, Expressions- an artist interview program hosted by SIU Professor of Painting Najjar Abdul-Musawwir.

The artists of season 6 are Laurie Blakey, Karen Fiorino, David Hammond, Jennifer Kaiser, Chintia Kirana, Ariel Loh, Robert Lorenz, Jam Lovell, Shane Ward, and Justin Vancil.

A public reception will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday, Oct. 6, at Artspace 304. This event is free and open to the public.

Artspace 304 located at 304 W. Walnut St., and is available for viewing during gallery hours 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Wednesday through Friday, by appointment, and during all CCA public programs and events.

The Corridor Gallery in the Carbondale Civic Center is located at 200 S. Illinois Ave. and is available for viewing from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday and during all public events.
