Some changes are coming to the dining experience at Walker's Bluff.
The Legends restaurant is discontinuing its previous dining hours and will now operate solely as a special events venue. The tasting room will soon offer a new regionally-inspired menu.
Legends will continue to offer dining to the public by reservation for special holidays such as Valentine's Day, Easter, Mother's Day and Thanksgiving.
“We feel the need to accommodate the many requests we’ve been unable to meet due to a lack of available space," Doug Brandon, Walker's Bluff's business development officer, said in a news release. "This move will allow us to host more corporate events, weddings and other private gatherings."
"We are also looking forward to the expansion that we hope will come with the Walker's Bluff resort project approval," CEO Cynde Bunch said, according to the release.
Walker's Bluff leadership is also hoping to expand the facility into a event and conference center that would include two hotels; a multi-purpose convention, conference and entertainment center; four new restaurants; a spa; an indoor, year-round water park; and a casino.
“Walker’s Bluff Date Night” will resume in February in the wine cave.
