2 cans Bush’s Chili Beans
2 cans Brooks Chili Beans
2 cans of Rays Chili
1 can of tomato juice with basil (or just add dried basil to tomato sauce)
2 pounds ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
1 can whole cooked potatoes
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Put the two pounds of ground beef in a bowl, and add 3 teaspoons of Worcestershire sauce.
Put a small amount of extra virgin olive oil in a pan and place one large chopped onion in with the oil. Cook the onions until they start caramelizing. Add the ground beef and cook until the ground beef is done. Add salt and pepper to taste. Do a final stir, drain and set aside.
Add all of the canned ingredients — except the tomato juice — to a pot and bring to a simmer. Add ground beef to the pot once you have a good simmer going. Add the tomato juice for your desired texture. Add a little garlic powder and cayenne pepper and let simmer.
Chop up the whole cooked potatoes and add to the chili. As the potatoes are already cooked, you only need to have them in there long enough to warm them.
Let all that yumminess get happy in the pot and — BOOM — you have the best chili of your life!
