FRANKLIN COUNTY - Two three-seater Sea-Doo jet skis were apparently stolen from a slip at Rend Lake Marina sometime over the past two weeks.

William Shrum of Tamaroa reported the jet skis missing Monday, Franklin County Sheriff Bill Wilson said. He told deputies he had parked the skis, covered and with keys, in slip 22 at the marina May 23 and discovered them missing Saturday.

The Sea-Doo 4-TEC skis were red and white and valued at $12,000 total.
