FRANKLIN COUNTY - The Franklin County Sheriff's Department is asking for the public's help in locating a 5-year-old boy, Captain Don Jones said.

Richard Wilfong was last seen in the custody of his mother, Shannon Wilfong who previously lived in the Royalton and Bush areas.

Jones said authorities have been unable to locate the boy or his mother who is the noncustodial parent.
