MARION - The Paradise Alley Players of the Marion Cultural and Civic Center are holding open auditions for "Sabrina Fair" from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday and Tuesday. The audition will take place at the Marion Civic Center, and they're looking for seven men and seven women, ages 18 to 70 or up. Actors will read cold from the script.
"Sabrina Fair" is best known for the movie versions, simply titled "Sabrina." The 1954 version starred Humphrey Bogart, Audrey Hepburn and William Holden; the 1995 version starred Harrison Ford, Julia Ormond and Greg Kinnear.
It's the story of a chauffeur's daughter caught between the two brothers of her father's employer. One she has loved since she was a little girl, and the other caught her attention after her return from Paris, where she began to spread her wings.
Performances will be at 7:30 p.m. Friday, Feb. 13 and Saturday, Feb. 14; and 2 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 15.
