Heather D. Bonds, Carbondale, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance and was sentenced to 12 months conditional discharge and 90 days in jail.

Carl D. Smith, Carbondale, pleaded guilty to retail theft and was sentenced to 18 months conditional discharge, was ordered to pay court costs and 120 days in jail.

Oct. 22

Issac B. Myrickes, Carbondale, pleaded guilty to manufacturing/delivery of cannabis and was sentenced to 24 months probation/special condition, 30 hours public service, a fine and to undergo drug treatment.

Rachel M. Parker, Marion, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance and was sentenced to 24 months probation/special condition, 30 hours public service, a fine and to undergo drug treatment.

James M. Burke, Menard, pleaded guilty to burglary and was sentenced to 8 years in prison and was ordered to pay court costs.

Andrew D. McIntyre, Carbondale, pleaded guilty to threatening a public official and was sentenced to 24 months probation, a fine and to undergo medical/mental treatment.

Cody L. Crispin, Joliet, pleaded guilty to identity theft $300 and was sentenced to 4 years in prison and was ordered to pay court costs.

Brian William Boler, Carbondale, pleaded guilty to aggregated robbery with a firearm and was sentenced to 7 years in prison and was ordered to pay court costs.

Crystal A. Taylor, Murphysboro, pleaded guilty to burglary and was sentenced to 30 months probation, was ordered to pay court costs and to undergo drug and alcohol treatment.

Darnesha B. Moore, Chicago, pleaded guilty to depositing a false transaction and was sentenced to undergo medical/mental treatment.

Nelson R. Imhoff, Carbondale, pleaded guilty to possession of controlled substance and was sentenced to undergo drug and alcohol treatment.

Simeon C. Patterson, Carbondale, pleaded guilty to aggravated battery/public place and was sentenced to 22 hours of public service.

Mary Kate Swan, Murphysboro, pleaded guilty to theft $300 and possession of a controlled substance and was sentenced to 2 years in prison and was ordered to pay court costs.

Jermaine Murray, Carbondale, pleaded guilty to armed robbery and identity theft $300 and was sentenced to 14 years in prison and was ordered to pay court costs.

Traci R. Burchell, Murphysboro, pleaded guilty to theft intent $500 and was sentenced to 18 months probation, 100 hours of public service and a fine.

Ahminya A. Overall, Carbondale, pleaded guilty to resisting a peace officer and was sentenced to 12 months conditional discharge and a fine.

Oct. 23

Josette L. St. John, Elkville, pleaded guilty to retail theft $300 and was sentenced to 12 months supervision and a fine.

Frankie K. Puckett, Du Quoin, pleaded guilty to criminal trespassing on to state land and was sentenced to 12 months conditional discharge and was ordered to pay court costs.

Sierra L. Davis and Chelsie K McManus Davis, both of Du Quoin, pleaded guilty to retail theft $300 and were sentenced to 12 months supervision and a fine.

Timothy F. Harner, Carbondale, pleaded guilty to violation of a stalking no contract order and was sentenced to 12 months conditional discharge and a fine.

Lucas W. Mitchell, Carbondale, pleaded guilty to retail theft $300 and was sentenced to 12 months conditional discharge, was ordered to pay court costs and 90 days in jail.

Gregory B. Nejmanowski, Murphysboro, pleaded guilty to retail theft $300 and was sentenced to 12 months supervision and a fine.

Nathaniel C. Atkins, Energy, pleaded guilty to theft of labor/service/property and was sentenced to 12 months supervision, a fine and restitution.

Debra A. Oliver, Murphysboro, pleaded guilty to retail theft $300 and was sentenced to 18 months probation, 50 hours public service, was ordered to pay court costs and to undergo drug and alcohol treatment.

Stephanie K. Dixon, Mount Vernon, pleaded guilty to possession of cannabis and was sentenced to 12 months supervision and was ordered to pay court costs.
