JONESBORO - Two suspects in custody in connection with the Oct. 22 homicide of a 57-year-old man inside his rural Dongola house have each been indicted by a Union County Grand Jury, state's attorney Tyler Edmonds said.

Michael S. Ellis, 26, of Elkville and Tommy E. Reams, 27, of Dowell, were both indicted on one count of first degree murder and one count of home invasion.

Authorities allege Ellis and Reams killed Gerald Dziczkowski by tying him up with duct tape and electrical cord, and striking him with an air pistol, as well as kicking and punching him, after entering his residence at 250 Kimber Road in rural Dongola. Both suspects are being held on $2 million bond in the Tri-County Detention Center in Ullin.

They are set to appear in court next Nov. 23 before Judge Mark Boie at the Union County courthouse in Jonesboro.
