JONESBORO - Union County State’s Attorney Tyler R. Edmonds announced Wednesday the Union County Grand Jury has returned indictments on the following individuals:

 Clint W. Hileman, 18, of Jonesboro, Damian B. Martin, 17, of Anna, Bruel N. Miller, 19, of Jonesboro and James A. Davis, 18, of Jonesboro are charged with two counts of aggravated battery, both class 3 felonies and one count of mob action, a class 4 felony.

 Johnny L. Eubanks, 30, of Jonesboro is charged with one count of unlawful participation in methamphetamine production, a class X felony, one count of unlawful possession of methamphetamine, a class X felony, and five counts of unlawful purchase of methamphetamine precursor, all class 4 felonies. Eubanks is being held at Jackson County Jail in Murphysboro on $550,000 bond.

 Jason A. Ward, 29, of Ava is charged with one count of residential burglary, a class 1 felony. Cobden Police and Union County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Ward the evening of March 26 at a home on Wing Hill Road in rural Cobden after a 911 call was placed from the residence. Ward is being held at Jackson County Jail in Murphysboro on $300,000 bond.

 Ryan L. Cochran, 20, of Dongola is charged with one count of residential burglary, a class 1 felony and one count of possession of burglary tools, a class 4 felony. Cochran is being held at Jackson County Jail in Murphysboro on $30,000 bond. Jaimie T. Pugh, 19, of Jonesboro is charged with one count of residential burglary, a class 1 felony in connection with Cochran. Pugh is also being held at Jackson County Jail in Murphysboro on $15,000 bond. Both were arrested by Anna Police in the early morning hours of March 28 at a residence on Warren Street.

 Amber N. Nimmo, 30, of Dongola and Jeremy M. Bennett, 26, are charged with one count of theft, a class 3 felony and one count of money laundering, a class 3 felony.
