A Marion man has been sentenced to more than 15 years in prison for distributing methamphetamine.

A news release from U.S. Attorney Donald Boyce’s Office says Shaundale J. Johnson, a.k.a “Shug,” 36, was sentenced to 204 months in prison with eight years of mandatory supervised release and a $400 fine for the distribution of 59.5 grams of meth. The event took place on March 17, 2017 and March 20, 2017, in Williamson County according to the release.

The release says Johnson received a harsher sentence because of his classification as a “classification as a Career Offender.”
