David E. Spencer, 33, and Michael S. Miles, 34, both of Carbondale were arrested Thursday by Southern Illinois Enforcement Group agents at 463 2nd St. in Carbondale.

The arrests came after a narcotics investigation per-formed by SIEG and Illinois State Police SWAT.

Officers seized about a pound of cannabis, 10 Oxycodone pills, a handgun and about $4,300.

Spencer has been charged with delivery of cannabis and incarcerated at Williamson County Jail.

Miles was charged with possession of cannabis and issues a Carbondale City Ordinance Citation and released.

The investigation continues.
