The Carmi-based Southern Illinois Drug Task Force is asking the public’s help in identifying the owner of a stolen John Deere riding lawn mower that was discovered in late February 2012 during the execution of a search warrant in rural White County.

The lawn mower is a John Deere LA 175 with a 54-inch deck. Attempts to locate the lawful owner have not been successful. Anyone with information concerning this stolen lawn mower is asked to contact the SIDTF at 618-382-4606 Ext. 210.

As a reminder, SIDTF encourages the public to contact the agency if they have any information concerning the production, use, and/or sale of illegal substances. Callers can remain anonymous while providing information concerning suspicious drug activity.
