That was hard to read, right? It highlights the difficulty struggling readers have in automatically processing language. Students with dyslexia and other learning differences face similar challenges every day. That’s why we are offering local educators the opportunity to participate in Orton-Gillingham training, a scientifically-based multi-sensory instructional approach to teaching reading, writing, and spelling to individuals with dyslexia and other related learning disabilities. Financial assistance is available. Register at Brehm.org. Want to be a part of the educational success for our local students with learning disabilities and differences? Your contribution to the Brehm Foundation makes trainings like Orton-Gillingham and others that enhance special education possible. Please consider contributing at Give.Brehm.org. *This is just one example of what someone with dyslexia might see. Everyone with dyslexia sees letters differently but all have challenges.
