LICENSED CLINICAL SOCIAL WORKER / THERAPIST Fairfield Memorial Hospital is seeking two full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker/Therapists to join our growing Outpatient Behavioral Health Practice through our Fairfield and Carmi Horizon Healthcare Clinics. These positions will work Monday-Friday with no call required, weekends and most major holidays off.
