Pinckneyville Community Hospital was recently recognized with state and national awards for exceptional quality of care and overall excellence in "patient perspective."
The Illinois Critical Access Hospital Network awarded the hospital for quality of care during a ceremony held Nov. 13 in Champaign.
The Chartis Center of Rural Health and the National Organization of State Offices of Rural Health awarded Pinckneyville Community Hospital for overall excellence in "patient perspective" as part of National Rural Health Day on Nov. 21. The award reflects top quartile performance among all rural hospitals in the country.

Dauby, CEO of the hospital. “This outside recognition is a testament to the great care that is given, here in Pinckneyville, on a daily basis.”
