We are incredibly excited to bring you the second installment of this collaboration between two very important links at St. Nicholas Brewing Co. The food & the beer. Chef Justin Cavins and brewers James McCoy and Paul Plett bring you a 4 course fine dining experience paired with 4 delicious and unique beer styles. Throughout the dinner brewmaster and chef will discuss each dish and beer and why they work well together and what makes these flavors pop. Talk about beer and food while eating delicious food and drinking excellent beer.
