The historic Lower Town neighborhood of Paducah will celebrate all things art, music and food at the ninth annual Lower Town Arts & Music Festival, this weekend, May 19 and 20.
Festival hours are from 3 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. May 19 and from 10 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. May 20. Admission is free.
The festival honors and introduces the culinary, artistic, and musical talent found in this region. Attendees will enjoy a variety of musical entertainment on two stages, food vendors participating in the Taste of Paducah in addition to wine and beer, children’s activities, dozens of juried artists, open galleries and more.
Musical acts include Jon Stickley Trio, Nikki Lane, Aaron Kamm and the One Drops, Ford Theater Reunion, Jack Grelle, Jenny Johnson Band, Leonard the Band and more.

The event is held on Madison between Fifth and Eighth streets and on Sixth and Seventh streets between Harrison and Monroe streets. Streets are closed to vehicular traffic for the festival.
