Five area establishments are teaming up to provide the culinary artistry for the seventh annual Fall Feast: Cristaudo’s, Longbranch Café, Hedman Vineyard, Yellow Moon Café, and La Colina Linda Farm.

Dinner is served at 6 p.m. Friday, Nov. 4, in the Alto Vineyards tasting room.

Proceeds from the dinner and silent auction will benefit Food Works, a Carbondale-based nonprofit organization with a mission of developing local, sustainable food systems for Southern Illinois. Food Works facilitates Southern Illinois Farming Alliance and Southern Illinois Farm Beginnings farmer training programs.

For the feast, chefs will start with raw materials from local farms and create dishes celebrating the fall season. Each course is matched with beverages from award-winning producers, like Alto Vineyards, Owl Creek Vineyard, Appleknocker Cider, Scratch Brewing Co. and Grand River Spirits.
