Irish musicians Andrew Finn Magill and Dave Curley will perform this Friday in Carbondale.
As part of the Cousin Andy's Coffeehouse music series, the Southern Illinois Irish Festival is sponsoring the concert, which will be at 7:30 p.m. Friday at Carbondale's Church of the Good Shepherd.
A $15 donation is requested per person, all of which goes toward paying the musicians. Students are asked to donate $5 to $10. Well-behaved children may come for free. Coffee, tea and cookies will be sold at the concert.
Magill is an Irish fiddle player who lives in the U.S. He has performed with some of the leading names in Irish music, and also plays jazz violin, bluegrass and old-time fiddle.
