Banana Split Cookie Salad

1 package (3.4 ounces) instant banana pudding mix

1 cup buttermilk

4 ounces frozen whipped topping, thawed

1 can (8 ounces) crushed pineapple, drained

1 banana, sliced

1 cup strawberries, sliced

8 chocolate-striped cookies, crushed plus 4 for garnish


In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the pudding mix and buttermilk until thick. Gently fold in the whipped topping, pineapple, bananas, strawberries, and crushed cookies. Chill for at least an hour before serving. Garnish with one chocolate-striped cookie to serve.
