Strawberry Fluff

Time: 10 minutes plus time to chill

Ingredients

2 packages (3 ounces each) strawberry gelatin

1 package (16 ounces) cottage cheese

1 container (8 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed

1 can (20 ounces) crushed pineapple, drained

Sliced fresh strawberries for garnish

Directions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the gelatin mix and cottage cheese. Gently fold in the whipped topping and pineapple. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving. Garnish with sliced fresh strawberries.
