¾ cup olive oil
½ cup brown sugar
½ cup dry red wine
¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons onion powder
3 tablespoons honey or agave nectar
4 cloves garlic, sliced
½ teaspoon Kosher salt
Directions
Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl and whisk until well combined. Use with desired steak and marinate up to two hours for tender cuts and at least six hours for tougher cuts. Makes about one cup.
