HARRISBURG — Harrisburg’s Annual Summer Bash 2017 will take place Saturday, Aug. 12, in various locations around the city center.

According to Morello’s owner and manager, LaRue Sumner, the event is designed to provide a low-cost, family friendly event for the community. The event is coordinated by the restaurant, Dream Basket’s Restaurant and numerous volunteers, 

From 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. there will be an area with kids inflatables, vendors, information tables and free, music in the city parking lot near Steam Café.

Acoustic country music by Travis Beasley will be at 3 p.m. on Morello’s Patio. There is no charge for this portion of the day’s events.

Music on the stage in Morello’s parking lot will begin at 5:30 with performances by Aaron Smith, Cat Daddy’O and Nashville recording artist Kendall Marvel. Tickets for the evening concert will be $10.
