A student was removed from the Frankfort Community High School campus Friday after school administrators received reports that the student made comments about harming other individuals.

According to a statement from Matt Donkin, superintendent of Frankfort Community Unit School District 168, there were no threats made toward schools in West Frankfort, its students or staff.

Donkin said the school would remain on its regularly scheduled 2:30 p.m. schedule.
