FELONY DISPOSITIONS

Feb. 23

Cody R. Elders, 3 Old Johnston City Road, West Frankfort, was found guilty of theft and was sentenced to 24 months conditional discharge, fined $150 fine plus costs and surcharges, and ordered to pay restitution of $11,354.77.

MISDEMEANOR DISPOSITIONS

Feb 19

Terrell D. Reece, 204 N. Lear St., Marion, was found guilty of violating an order of protection. He was sentenced to 12 months non-reporting court supervision, fined $150 fine plus costs and surcharges, and is to have no contact with victim

Andrew T. Smith, 809 W. Maplewood, Marion, was found guilty of unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. He was sentenced to six months court supervision and fined $750 fine plus costs and surcharged, a $75 VCV, $25 crime-stoppers fee.

Shelley R. Minson, 110 Brase St., Marion, was found guilty of theft. She was sentenced to six months court supervision, ordered to pay a $150 fine plus costs and surcharges.

Nicholas Wright, 3500 Ponderosa Court, Marion, was found guilty of unlawful possession of cannabis. He was sentenced to six months court supervision, fined $100 fine plus costs and surcharges.

DUI DISPOSITIONS

Feb. 23

Daniel R. Peterson of Herrin pleaded guilty to DUI and was sentenced to 24 months probation and fined $5,424.
