Carbondale police are looking for three suspects they say burglarized the Dollar General on Tuesday night.

According to a news release from the police department, officers responded at about 10:11 p.m. to a burglar alarm at the Dollar General at 2160 W. Ramada Lane. Officers learned that three suspects forcibly entered the store and stole property.

Police say one suspect is a white male who was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, black pants, black shoes with white trim, and a lightly colored bandana over his face. The second suspect is described as a male wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans and white tennis shoes. Police say the third suspect is a white male who was wearing a black head and face covering, a gray Bulls jacket, blue jeans and red shoes, and was carrying a multicolored backpack.

Police did not say whether the suspects were armed when they forcibly entered the store, and they did not specify what property was stolen or how much it was worth.
