Carbondale Police are looking for two female suspects after a restaurant delivery driver was mugged Sunday night.

According to a news release from the police department, officers responded at about 9:40 p.m. to a report of an armed robbery in the 300 block of East Lynda Drive. 

Police say the victim was a delivery driver for a local restaurant, but didn't say which one. The driver was approached by two female suspects, one of whom battered the victim while the other displayed a firearm and demanded money, police say. The suspects then fled on foot on East Dorthella Street.

The suspects were only described as black females, police said. 

The victim had minor injuries, but declined medical treatment.
