A Cobden man will spend time in prison for possession of a stolen vehicle, according to a news release from Union County State’s Attorney Tyler R. Edmonds.
Joshua Michael Hornback, 27, was sentenced to six years in state prison after pleading guilty to one count of unlawful possession of a stolen vehicle, which is a Class 2 felony. Hornback will also have to serve a two-year period of mandatory supervised release.
The release states Hornback was arrested in October after a traffic stop by Cobden Police.
