CARBONDALE — A woman first reported missing May 3 has been found dead.
The body Ashley Curtis, 39, was discovered May 9 in a residence in the 400 block of East College Street, according to the Carbondale Police Department.
The Jackson County Sheriff’s Department and the Jackson County State’s Attorney’s Office are assisting with the investigation.
The investigation is active and ongoing.
