In the words of the family, "The opiate crisis affecting this county is an epidemic that has no boundaries. Addiction doesn't discriminate and its effects on our children, our families, our friends, and society is indescribable. Please add your voice to the thousands of others across this country who have experienced first-hand the destruction of this substance use disease. We must all band together to advocate at the national, state and community level for more available services, resources, and support to help those afflicted, while demanding harsher penalties under the law for offenders."
