CARBONDALE - The Science Center of Southern Illinois will present a Science Café program at 7 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 23, a The Science Center in University Mall.

The program "Unraveling a Mystery: 2010-2011 Excavations at the Hickory Hill Site in Southern Illinois," will be presented by archaeologist Mark Wagner of the SIU Center for Archaeological Investigations. Wagner will discuss archaeological work done at the site of the Crenshaw House in Gallatin County, also known as the "Old Slave House." Admission is free and participants will receive complimentary coffee from Gloria Jean's Coffee.
