Update from 10:36 p.m. Monday:
Abigail Jones turned herself into the Murphysboro Police department, according to a news release from the Jackson County Sheriff's Office.
The release states that Jones was found to be unharmed and was turned back over to her legal guardians by the sheriff's office.
Authorities are seeking help finding a Murphysboro teen who has been missing since Saturday.

A news release from the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office said Abigail Jones, 14, was last seen leaving her rural Murphysboro home at about 6:30 p.m. Saturday. The release said she was heading to Sonic in Carbondale, and she got into a vehicle of an unknown make or model. The release said she was given a ride by a man identified only as Miguel, who is believed to be from the Jackson County area.
Jones is described as 5 feet 3 inches tall and about 180 pounds. She was last seen wearing black-and-pink glasses; a gray Elverado sweatshirt; blue, white and orange capri-style leggings; and dark-colored Reebok tennis shoes.
A representative from the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office was unable to comment on whether Jones was considered to be in danger — the officer handling the investigation was not available.
