Ahhh. Illinois, the cesspool of America, to now open more doors for the criminals to escape back into society. These folks in Springfield sure know how to take a terrible state & make it even worse. Great Job. Let's make it easier for thugs & criminals to get out of jail, and make the people who try to enforce the law to be the bad guys. Better yet, start with them before they get out of school. Tell them that all of their problems are because of the boogie man, and that it is ok to believe that 2+2 = 0, Then tell them that they are owed everything without working for it, that there are no longer men and women, and the alphabet only consists of LBGQTzk-+!. Then release them into society to compete for good paying jobs with people that know how to add & subtract, put a full sentence together, know where & what the world consists of, and had the discipline to stay away from drugs & crime. I am sure they will do perfectly fine.............................Oh, and tell them that it is either OK to kill a baby in the womb, or just get a woman pregnant and then leave her to fend for herself.
