To the Editor:
There is a little town north of Carbondale, called De Soto. I grew up there, and have seen many businesses come and go.
But, I have to say that the new Gresa's diner is one of the finest establishments I've seen in a small town. It is a family-owned business, the title is the owner's young daughter's name, and they have the best food you could ask for. They have a five-page menu, with all kinds of food, and the portions you receive are so generous.
The saying, "If you leave there hungry, there's something wrong" couldn't apply more.

They are friendly, the waitresses are wonderful, and the service couldn't be any better, anywhere. They want to make their customers happy. So, if you should happen to be hungry, and would like to eat some good, old-fashioned home-cooking, you ought to venture out to the little town north of Carbondale, called De Soto, and try Gresa's diner. You won't be sorry, I assure you.
