To the Editor:
There were two letters published by The Southern that made issue of Town Hall meetings and asking questions to our congressmen. I have two questions for those running as Democrats.
Do you agree with and will you follow FDR's closet adviser and architect of the New Deal, Harry Hopkins, when he advised, "Tax and tax, spend and spend, elect and elect, because the people are too dumb to know the difference?"
Will you follow the current direction of the Democratic Party? Which seems to be the way of Bernie Sanders.
