HELENA, Mont. (AP) — The Montana House is considering a bill that would make decisions by local health boards in response to crises subject to approval by elected officials.
Uniformed officers with police dogs were searching the perimeter of the Capitol Building in Springfield this morning as workers continued to put plywood on the windows of the first floor.
Part of the delay in awarding the money is due to problems with the state’s system to award new cannabis business licenses. The other reason for the holdup, officials say, is because of an outpouring of requests for funding.
