Pinckneyville's Megan Breslin is currently in first place at the Class 1A girls golf state finals at Red Tail Run Golf Course in Decatur on Friday.

Breslin is tied with Ali Schrock of Pontiac for the lead. They each shot a 75 at the par 72 course.

Pinckneyville's Sarah Breslin is curently in eighth place and shot a 79. Nashville's Jordan Stiegman and Carterville's Avery Rea sit tied for 13th place with a score of 80. 

Massac County is currently in second place as a team, lead by Millie Lawson who sits in 18th place with a score of 81. Emma Korte is in 28th place with a score of 83, Madie Coakley is in 36th with an 85, Mady Blair shot an 87, good for 42nd place and Lauren Coakley is in 76th place with a 97.

Nashville is fourth place in the team standings lead by Stiegman's 80. Rachael Kell is 18th place with an 81. Brooke Bartling carded a 90 for 56th place and Hope Rueter is in 65th with a 93.

Hamilton County's Kylee Vaughan is in 25th place with a score of 82 while Murphysboro's Hannah Gahagan shot an 88 good for 47th place and Carbondale's Josie Sykes is in 53rd place shooting an 89.

The state finals conclude today in Decatur.
